Finishing processes
Durable, uniform color for extrusions, castings and fabrications. Indoor and architectural-grade outdoor systems, standard and custom colors, masked features preserved.
Clear, black and colored anodize for aluminum extrusions and machined parts — corrosion protection with a premium architectural appearance.
Liquid paint systems for parts where color match, gloss level or substrate rules out powder — with plaque approval before production.
Zinc, zinc-nickel and decorative plating for corrosion resistance and appearance on steel and zinc die-cast hardware.
Mechanical surface preparation — mirror polish, brushed grain, uniform blasted matte — as the final finish or as prep for anodize and plating.
Coating thickness, adhesion, gloss and salt-spray requirements written into the part spec and verified on production lots — not assumed.
Finishing is coordinated across our qualified manufacturing network and applied according to your specifications — so a cast, machined and coated part still arrives as one inspected deliverable.
