Document & Data Review

Our team examines every shared file — 2D drawings, 3D models, specifications, quality and delivery requirements.

STEP 03

Feasibility & DFM Evaluation

Engineers evaluate manufacturability, tolerancing, materials and the right production process — and clarify anything unclear before proceeding.

STEP 04

Quotation & Process Plan

A detailed offer covering price, tooling approach, lead time, tolerances and commercial terms — with volume alternatives side by side.

STEP 05

Approval & Program Launch

Your purchase order confirms the launch. Process sheets and control plans are prepared from your drawings and specs.

STEP 06

Tooling & Pre-Production

Molds, dies and fixtures are built and tried out; raw material is procured and the production schedule is locked.

STEP 07

Samples & First Articles

Pilot parts are produced and dimensionally validated — FAI or PPAP submitted for your formal approval before serial production.

STEP 08

Serial Production

Production runs under the locked process with full monitoring — the part you approved is the part you keep receiving.

STEP 09

Quality Control & Documentation

Dimensional, visual and final inspection with reports, material certificates and full lot traceability — before anything ships.
