How we quote plastics
Plastic part economics live and die on tooling strategy. A single-cavity tool is cheap but slow; a hot-runner multi-cavity tool is fast but capital-heavy. We quote the alternatives side by side — tool cost, piece price and break-even volume — so you can choose deliberately.
Every molded program includes first-article inspection against the drawing, an approved boundary sample, and process settings locked to that approval.
