Processes
Many parts cross processes — an extrusion that gets machined, a casting that gets powder coated. We quote the finished part, not the individual operations.
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling and turning for prototypes and production. Tight-tolerance features, threads, critical bores — machined complete with in-process gauging.
Custom profiles in architectural and structural alloys — heat sinks, frames, tracks, enclosures. Die tooling, cut-to-length, machining and anodizing coordinated as one program.
High-pressure die casting for complex near-net-shape parts: housings, brackets, hardware bodies. Trim, machine, finish and assemble under one part number.
Laser-cut blanks, formed brackets, enclosures and chassis in sheet and plate. Bending, hardware insertion (PEM), welding and finishing to a complete assembly.
MIG / TIG welded frames and assemblies with fixturing for repeatability, weld inspection and post-weld machining where flatness matters.

Materials & certification
Every metal program ships with material certificates tied to the production lot. Where your drawing calls a standard — ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS — parts are produced and documented against it.
North American buyers love seeing capabilities and materials spelled out. So we spell them out: if a material or tolerance is outside our network's reach, we say so at quotation, not after tooling.
