Aura North America ("Aura", "we", "us") respects the confidentiality of the information you share with us — commercially and personally. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and in the course of doing business with you.
When you submit our quote request form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, and any files you attach (such as drawings, CAD models or specifications). Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, perform engineering reviews, and — if we work together — to manage your program. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Files you send us are treated as confidential business information. They are shared only with the qualified manufacturing partners involved in quoting or producing your part, under confidentiality obligations. We are glad to sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you send anything sensitive.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future to understand site usage, this policy will be updated to describe it.
Limited service providers who make our operations possible: our website hosting and email providers, and the manufacturing partners described above. Each receives only what is necessary to provide their service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We retain inquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and quality-traceability obligations, after which it is deleted.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to Aura personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@auranorthamerica.com. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
